I’ve used David to defog several windows with excellent results. He’s very punctual and reliable. The key to remember is to treat a foggy window right away. I let one sit for four years and the moisture ends up etching on the inside of the window panels.

David replaced a large window at my cottage. He was professional in taking the measurements, explaining my options and ordering the replacement glass. When he brought the new glass he took the time to allow me to clean the existing frame while the glass was out which I appreciated. He also came back a second time to apply more caulking as a safety against winds in the area which are high. Would recommend him highly. Good service, fair prices, excellent results.

Recently moved to older home in Hamilton. I accidentally broke one of the side windows on our front door. We called Window Medics. David arrived as scheduled listened to my story. David suggested what to do and I asked about replacing both panes with something different. David sent photos of samples. We decided and with in days he was back for install. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Respectful of my home. Great sense of humour and took time for the three dogs. Awesome. 🙏❤️

Able to size up the problem, try a low cost option out to save me a few bucks, and when that didn’t work quickly resolved the issue with a new part (all within about an hour). One of the nicest contractors I’ve met and even gave me a few tips on how to repair myself for the next time. Would recommend him without hesitation.
